Orange Grove Dairy is a third-generation family business led by the management team of Dave and Sue Durham, with Jabulani Khanyile, who together have over 70 years of industry experience. The client has a long-standing relationship with Flowcrete and Vertigo, having been working together for many years. Orange Dairy has exactingly high standards and therefore will not use any other flooring manufacturer on the market in its facilities.
Over a period of 12 months Flowcrete and Vertigo carried out major upgrades and renovations to the facility’s flooring, including 1,000m2 of Flowfresh HF in the production area along with 500Lm of the hygienic wall and coving mortar Flowfresh WR, 1,000m2 of Flowfresh MF in the Yoghurt Production Area, 1,100m2 of Flowshield SL in the Warehouse and 2,500m2 of Flowprime in the Bulk Storage Area.
Flowcrete’s Flowfresh systems are a popular choice with food and beverage production environments looking to achieve high sanitation standards and the maximum in cleanability and hygiene.
Flowfresh offers excellent slip, wear, temperature and chemical resistance, and is suitable for steam and hot water cleaning processes. In addition, the antimicrobial flooring range offers total protection against a number of bacteria, including MRSA, SARS, E-coli and Salmonella Typhi making it the obvious choice for food and beverage processing environments.
