Over 600 square metres of a seamless resin based epoxy quartz flooring solution has been installed at the newly opened Valley Farm Animal Hospital in Faerie Glen, Pretoria, South Africa. 

Valley Farm Animal Hospital is a full service pet hospital with an expert team of veterinary professionals on hand round the clock to deliver the best possible health care for local pets and small animals.

The client selected Peran STB to use throughout the new facility in a special colour blend that saw white and grey quartz stones in a light grey pigmented resin binder. Peran STB, has proven itself time and again as a reliable, hard wearing floor finish, able to maintain a colourful and fit-for-purpose surface despite extensive use in difficult conditions.

This durable, decorative epoxy based floor topping has become a popular flooring choice for both commercial and industrial locations, as it consists of colour stable quartz granules in a clear resin binder. The formulation provides high levels of durability with an attractive aesthetic finish.

The seamless and easy to clean surface that Peran STB creates helps sites to maintain an unsoiled and hygienic working environment, a benefit that has seen it utilised by a number of healthcare developments all over the world. 

As part of the new build construction programme at Valley Farm Animal Hospital, the installation of the Peran STB across the facility took around two weeks to complete.
